Zana Bayne was born in Seattle, she studied conceptual art in San Francisco before living briefly in Berlin.

She then returned to New York and launched her collection of 100% hand crafted leather harnesses and accessories in the Spring / Summer 2010 season. In the years following she has also created special collaborations for designers suck as Prabal Gurung and Pendu NYC and Sally Lapointe. 

Her meticulously worked pieces play on the lines of the body, with subtle bondage undertones creating defined silhouettes which evoke a sense of refinement and accentuate the style of the individual wearer. 

Her strongly recognisable pieces have been featured in countless editorials in international magazines such as Vogue, Numero and V Magazine and she is stocked in some of the most prestigious stores around the world including Opening Ceremony, OAK and Lane Crawford.
